Among all internet marketing services available over the internet, Local Denver SEO marketing is considered as one of the most needed service when starting your very own website. Search Engine Optimization or SEO marketing can help your website gain more clicks and visitors. SEO Denver, marketing may also lead you to the top of the rankings.

When your website is on the top of search engine rankings then there is a big possibility that it will help you generate more clicks for your website. Local Marketing, SEO is aiming on your potential client’s eagerness on having a business. Google is considered as the most popular search engine on the internet world and a lot of webmasters and businessmen are putting their best efforts on getting much higher rankings with the use of keywords.

When creating a website always remember that it must be search engine friendly and make sure that all of your website’s pages are properly indexed on search engines to be able to increase your website’s visibility on search engine lists. Always check your website for broken links, automatic redirects and having so many flash or images on each page, and consider the content of your website that it is helpful and informative for everyone visiting your created website.

SEO is a continuous project or work and because of that it is very important to check your rankings at least once a month and compare your website to other foes of your website. It is very important for a website that it must continuously grow in terms of content and size. If failed to do this one then your website might fall behind to other competitors. That is the main reason why you need to hire a Denver SEO firm because you need to correct your local SEO marketing strategies.

It’s been reported that Google is considering starting their own SEO company. This, if true, would be potentially massive news for the San Jose SEO industry.

Serena Shapero over at Newswire has stated that Google intend to get their SEO business off the ground by early May. Allegedly, Google’s SEO team would consist of about 100 employees, clients could be charged up to $25,000 a month and Google will have a team of SEO robots* to deal with poor rankings.

Allegedly, Google will promise only ethical practices but how many giant corporations play nice? If Google does jump into the SEO pool they will have a monopoly of the SEO industry and it will be nowhere near as fun as the game.

Small SEO businesses will surely be put out of business and probably some medium sized ones too. Will the SEO companies just take their business to Yahoo and Bing? Unlikely, seeing as how popular Google is with the general public.

You can’t handle the truth!

Okay, so enough of the scare mongering, is it likely to happen? SEO has been around for a while; if Google was going to do it surely it would have by now. Also, Google offers a lot of information to users so they can produce sites with high quality SEO, surely they wouldn’t bother if they had ever considered becoming an SEO company.

Some highly regarded colleagues of mine (and one I’m indifferent to) offered their take on the report. “Where’s the proof?” was retorted to the Newswire article. I’ve had a quick look on Google’s blog and if they were going to start a business in early May wouldn’t there be (at least) a bit of advertising? Another colleague said “this would just be like buying space in Adwords only you pay $25,000 for it instead of a few pounds per click”.

So, will Google be starting an SEO company? Don’t hold your breath (that’s just good advice for most situations).

By the way, if you’re interested, the state of Oregon is incorporating Google Apps into the education system.

*Quite probably not true.

You just started your own business and so far, so good. It’s been doing well, but in this day and age where information is king, you have to put you business out there and it means having an awesome search engine optimised website. Although you might have a working knowledge of how search engine optimisation (or SEO) works, it is still advisable to hire a good, reputable and the best Denver SEO company. You might have asked around for the “best SEO company” from other business associates and you came up with one or two names but of course, you have to do your own homework too and figure out if these choices are the best for your business. Here are a few key questions that you should ask the best prospective SEO firm:

What do you think about my site’s technical structure, on-page and off-page content and link profile? Ask your best Denver SEO company to make some observations about these three key SEO factors that influence Search Engine visibility in relation to your site, particularly link building.

What kind of changes will be required to your website and will they be noticeable? You should expect your best Denver SEO company to talk about on-page and off-page changes. On-page will require the subtle inclusion of the targeted keyword phrases in various locations on each page; off-page will require changes to your meta data such as your title tag and meta descriptions

Since developing an incoming link profile is important, how will you develop additional links to my site? You should be looking for them to talk about quality of links as well as quantity and a balanced link profile including free and paid directories, local websites, government or educational institutions, your suppliers, and so on.

Can you show me examples of your work? You just want to take a look for yourself that they can point to current examples of their successes – short competitive keyword phrases such as “computer repairs” rather than “computer repairs for left handed plumbers”. A best Colorado SEO company must have a good track record to back up their claims.

What volume of traffic increase is it reasonable to expect and over what time frame? Assuming that your site is technically sound and has quality original content, you should expect a 50 to 100 percent increase in quality traffic within about a few months working with best SEO company at the onset.

A best practice SEO firm representative should also be asking you some questions. This enables them to evaluate you as a client. SEO requires a partnership between client and provider to get the best results. Here are some possible questions your top SEO company would ask:

What are some of the keywords you would like to turn up for?

Who do you see as your major competitors, online and offline?

What do you expect from your SEO investment and over what time frame?

Can you provide access to your web stats or Google Analytics account?

Like in any business, you have to include money talk, such as you should also ask them how much and for how long. Ask your best SEO company if there are long term contractual obligations. You should also ask for a written proposal that clearly states every action and initiative that they will be undertaking soeverything is in order. The question right now is, have you found the best SEO company to work with your business yet?

Lakewood, CO., – June 27, 2010 – iClick Creative, LLC., a Colorado based Local Internet Advertising Company announced today the official launch of it’s iClick Chatback Service, a Live, Interactive Sales Representative right on your webpage – here’s the official release…

Live, interactive sales representatives – right on your webpage! Dramatically increase your companies’ conversion rates, and only pay for the quality leads delivered to your doorstep. iClick Chatback is finally here….
A strong online presence in today’s marketplace is quickly becoming an absolute requirement for a business’ success. Recent surveys show that approximately 92% of all consumers research products and services online before purchasing them in stores. It seems there are only two types of businesses left: Those going online, and those going under.

At iClick Creative, we ensure that each of our clients have professional and functional websites to appeal to customers and generate interest. Next, we put the website in front of millions of viewers through the use of groundbreaking SEO and online marketing techniques. Through this process, our clients receive attention from huge volumes of qualified buyers with industry-leading conversion rates. While this process has proven to be extremely effective, we wanted to find ways to take client conversion rates to the next level. After months of hard work and research, we are proud to say we have found a solution with dramatic results.
iClick Creative is proud to announce a new service being offered to our clients starting July 1, 2010 – iClick Chatback.

How iClick Chatback works: Imagine a qualified potential customer who is looking for a professional roofer in the Denver area. The customer conducts a search through Google and finds your website, right on the front page. The customer opens your website and starts reviewing your “About Us” page, but he or she still has more questions about your companies’ qualifications and experience.

With a slew of other roofing companies available on the web, the customer simply returns to Google and browses for another roofing company instead of calling to request more information about your company. Situations like this happen far too often simply because, much like a physical retail store, many potential customers are hesitant to reach out to ask for assistance unless it is offered to them (generally in the form of a sales representative). Situations similar to these can account for the loss of hundreds, or even thousands, of potential customers.

Now imagine the same situation, except this time the customer is automatically greeted by a friendly online representative, right there on the webpage. The representative may ask, “Hi, thank you for visiting ABC Roofing, Inc. Can I help answer any questions you may have about our company?” The customer may then reply, “Hi, do you have any experience with tile roofing?” Now that a dialogue has been started with the customer, one of our online agents may reply, “ABC Roofing has completed several tile roofing projects recently, but each project is a little bit different. Would you like one of our consultants to call you to discuss some of the differences?” The customer agrees and iClick immediately forwards the customer’s name and phone number to your business – turning a potential customer, into a purchasing customer!

What are the costs: Here’s the best part – you only pay for the qualified leads provided to you by our agents. Our modest fee schedules are designed to ensure a consistently high return on investment. After all, our goal is to help your business thrive to ensure a long, continuing relationship with iClick for many years to come.

iClick Chatback services will begin rolling out on July 1st of this year. For personalized pricing, or for further details, call or write to us today!

First – what is rel=”nofollow” and how does it work?

Google first invented rel=”nofollow” in 2005 as an HTML attribute value used to instruct some search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link targets ranking in the search engine’s index.

Plain and Simple – it’s used to help the linking from website, preserve it’s value and offer not link influence to the website it’s linking to…

What rel=”nofollow” looks like in HTML

<a rel=”nofollow” href=”http://www.denverseo.me”>Denver SEO Company</a>

How much of an effect does rel = nofollow really have?

It all depends on the competitiveness of the keywords your targeting… Let’s take my personal website and blog for an example; Sean Hakes.com… I am working vigorously to compete for the keyword Denver SEO… There really isn’t much search volume for it; it’s more or so for fun and a game I decided to enter several months ago.

Several days ago I was ranking pretty steady on the 1st page until I wrote an article about Home Improvement Contractor marketing… I included two hyperlinks to websites in which I would typically include a rel=”nofollow,” this time I didn’t and Google took what little link authority my website had and diluted it which in returned caused me to drop several positions in Google for Denver SEO.

That’s it for now folks, a lesson learned – always remember to add rel nofollow if your linking to websites that you don’t wish to claim trust for in the search engine result pages…

Ouch.
